Applicants must be a qualified Nurse, registered to practice in the UK. You will have an interest in care of the elderly as well as high personal standards and good communication skills.
You MUST have a current UK PIN number to apply for this role.Working in this historic unit you will be responsible to the Care Home Manager for the day to day clinical function of this home. Apart from the typical duties that a RGN/RMN would provide, we are looking for exceptional communication skills. The home group and the Manager pride themselves on interaction with the elderly through stimulating activity and general group time. You would be expected to promote this via the 'Care Assistants' that would also report to you.The client base here is a mixture of old and infirm with some clients suffering with various levels of Dementia and Alzheimers.
