My Client is a very reputable recruitment company and they are looking for an experienced administrator to join there team. You will be joining there very busy social care division.
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients/visitors to the branch, answering the telephone in a polite and efficient manner, checking payroll reports, assisting with worker wage queries, processing all timesheets to head office in line with company standards. Ensuring that all consultants have any support that they need. Processing all starter and leaver details including P45's, ensuring advertising returns are processed and checking CRB's and there compliance.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience within administration and ideally have a NVQ or equivalent within business or administration. You will be motivated, approachable and have good communication skills. You will also be organised and efficient.
