This expansion has resulted in a need for TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS to join our business IMMEDIATELY.
Trainee Recruitment Consultants are responsible for cold-calling businesses, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and placing high quality candidates into specialist roles. The role is varied; you oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from finding new business to screening, interviewing, closing and placing your candidates.
Historically our company has grown purely organically. Effectively, the trainees of today are the managers and leaders of tomorrow – just take Russell, the company’s CEO as an example. This means you’re joining a company where you know your future is in its best interests – you will be rewarded and promoted based on your achievements and successes.
You will be supported as a trainee with a solid infrastructure of training and development. Training needs are considered on an individual basis, starting from your first day with us, right throughout your career, whichever course it takes. You will not only be given classroom-based training from our training HQ in London (Amsterdam/Frankfurt), training is delivered in the form of on-site coaching, e-learning and webinars! This ensures that consultants in even the remotest of locations are supported.
Coupled with this unrivalled training you’re looking at a base salary of £18k, alongside a competitive, uncapped commission structure offering superb earning potential – I’m talking £25k-£40k in your first year, £65k in your second and an unimaginable amount in your third!
Incentives range from lunch clubs at Michelin-star restaurants to company weekends away to places like Ibiza, Italy and Barcelona. On top of this, you’ll be involved in a company car allowance scheme.
