OfficeTeam is recruiting for a Temporary Clerical Officer on behalf of a Public Sector client based in the West Bromwich area of Birmingham
The Role
The Temporary Clerical Officer role is required to assist a busy medical department in creating files and maintaining records. As part of the role you will be required to assist in general administrative duties, such as filing, faxing and dealing with in coming calls. The Clerical Assistant will also assist in carrying out data entry onto the in-house system, You will also be responsible for transferring log files too and from different departments so this role will require some walking. Previous clerical experience and the ability to work with members of the public is required. Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel is a required to enable you to hit the ground running.This is a fast-paced role that will need attention to detail and a positive attitude.
