I pay the council tax and the water.

The house also has a converted attic which contains a tv and exercise bike etc.

There is off road parking and a lovely garden which is great in the summer.

There are lots of very convenient shops located one minutes walk from the house including a somerfield, and a sainsburys.

There is a public leisure centre ten mins walk away and buses run from right outside the house in to bham city centre every 15 minutes.

Buses also run in to Solihull every 20 minutes.

M42 junstion 3 is only a 5 minute drive away.

The deposit is one months rent.
