You must be customer focused, have an understanding of fresh food and some wine knowledge.As Assistant Manager you will support the GM in the daily running of a unique gastro pub and will be involved in all aspects of staff training and development as well as stock control and management.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience at supervisory level within a pub, restaurant, hotel or bar restaurant operation

Commitment is essential in this busy and challenging role, which is fully operational and will involve a totally hands-on approach. Structured training and progression through a dedicated management-training scheme will allow you the chance to expand and diversify your management skills.
