Fantastic opportunity for a serious and ambitious Chef to work in a luxury stately home, famous for it's high quality food and service.

The vacancy is for a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in all the creative and operational aspects of the kitchen including staff management and training, maintaining and improving the fine dining food quality, running the banqueting service and weddings.

Everything is freshly prepared on site therefore experience of creating food and basics from scratch is essential, rosette background would be ideal. Hotel environment is preferable although candidates from quality restaurants, contract catering operations will also be considered.
