My client is part of a very large brand of hotels around the UK. They are looking for a new Reception Manager to join their City Centre Hotel. This is a very busy hotel with a great reputation for excellent customer service.
You will be required to help manage and run the Reception desk, you will have outstanding communication skills and you will always have a ready smile and a "never say no" attitude. Many of the guests coming into the hotel will require advise about Birmingham City Centre and so a good level of local knowledge is ideal.
You will have previously worked in a hotel on the reception desk, perhaps as a Reception Shift leader or a head receptionist or a Guest Services Manager. This hotel is part of a large brand and there are many company benefits, there are also many opportunities to develop and progress.
Salary
The starting salary for this role is between 14,000 and 16,000 dependent on experience. Interviews could happen very quickly.
