Female Assistant wanted with clerical and admin tasks for 4 hours week
I am a Holistic therapist and self employed in health and wellbeing business.
I operate from a small treatment room in city centre for a few hours a day. monday morning for your working is prefered as my busiest working hours are evening and afternoons. or saturday morning may be a possible
I am looking for a friendly helpful competent female over 21.
who can help me just for a few hours each week intially then changing to a few hours every other week to do some clerical and admin duties.
you will need to be good with windows
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
duties are sorting receipts and entering data onto spread sheet
creating database of customer and client details
sending out a newsletter once per month.
creating documents and handouts price list etc
organising my admin.
your hours are flexible and after intial month or two some work will be able to be done from home.
I am only looking for around 4 hours a week assistance
You will be working from my flat in Perry Barr
Pay will be £7 per hour intially rising with right help experience or assitance
You will have at least 18 months previous admin or book keeping experience and microsoft and windows exp.
Be confident to be left to work alone.
have good initiative
be creative in the way you work
confident on the pc with applications
friendly bubbly
non smoker prefer
able to remain calm with work
