Sales Executive
Vision Sales Services is a specialist consultancy helping clients with the recruitment and training of sales people.
Based near Warwick and Kenilworth one of our current clients is a well respected Event, Exhibition and Conference venue who have been established for many years and have an excellent reputation and brand.
They now have a need for a proactive Sales Executive to contact new business customers to introduce the venue, its facilities and generally win more business.
You must have business to business Sales experience, selling to new customers, getting past gatekeepers, talking to decision makers and having a professional business conversation both over the telephone and face to face.
The ideal person must be well presented and be confident dealing with Marketing Managers, Sales Directors and Managing Directors etc. You should be proactive and enthusiastic and have demonstrable experience researching prospects and generating leads. Ideally you will have a hotel, venue or exhibition sales back ground but this is not essential – persuasion and the ability to build relationships are.
This is NOT a hard sell, call centre, appointment making, automatic dialler, high volume telesales role. You will be required to research target companies, visit customers face to face, invite them to the venue to show them the facilities and generally build relationships and persuade potential customers to the benefits of using the venue.
Basic salary is between £18,000 and £20,000 depending on experience with an OTE commission of £7,000 on top. 34 days holiday incl bank holidays, Free parking, free lunch vouchers, great rural location.
Due to the location of the company you need to have your own transport as there is no public transport to their location.
