I have a 1 Bedroom Maisonette on the ground floor with its own garden leading out from the back door. It also has its own driveway next to the front entrance.
Good size Bedroom and living area GCH, DG. The area is really nice and we have a very large park with kids playing area and duck pond just over the road. Great transport links via train and the 11, 29 and 21 routes in walking distance.

Looking for a 2 Bedroom Lowrise Flat, Maisonette or house with its own garden as i have a dog. Dont mind if one bedroom is a single as my partner has his son stay over weeekends, thats what we need the other room for.
Also would like to see the car from the flat or have own driveway or garage but not essential.
would really like the north east of birmingham (Sutton, Erdington, Pype Hayes Etc) or closer to Lichfield/ Burntwood/ walsall area as we have familly there.
