I am looking for a female professional/postgrad housemate,I'm a final year PHD student at Birmingham Uni(Female).

This is a comfortable and airy house, on a private road located just off the pershore road, 5mins from Bham University and moseley, with brilliant transport routes in and out of the city. The available room is a double room with wardrobe space. This fully furnished house is about 2 mins from the edgbaston cricket ground, and the Midland Arts Centre. Theres a good sized back garden and some nice open spaces behind the house which are well maintained.
