Anyone fancy joining me Thursday/Sunday evenings for a ride around the Dudley area. I usually do 10-15 miles on our lovely local hills.
You don't need a fancy bike, mine is only a £300 one.
If you're after a decent workout and are (like me) bored of riding alone, give me a shout.
