Chef de Partie-to £16k d.o.e Stratford upon Avon
An independently run, fresh food restaurant have an opportunity for a passionate, talented and driven Chef de Partie to join its award winning kitchen brigade. You will report to the Sous Chef. The main duty is to run production in your section within the bar kitchen or main restaurant kitchen (If Required) with the assistance of other junior grade chefs.
Duties will also involve monitoring and minimising wastage - rotating stock movement, co-ordinating replacement of stock orders (If Required) - Responsible for food Hygiene, Health & Safety in your section.
Suitable candidates will ideally have relevant experience in a fine dining or gastro type property and NVQ Level 1 and 2. You will normally be working 4 split shifts and 1 straight every week, with 2 days off. The tips equate to around £4000 per annum.
