Express by Holiday Inn Oldbury is a 109 bedroom modern hotel and is part of the intercontinental hotels group (IHG)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and reliable person to work in our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking and will be responsible for preparing hot and cold meals in accordance with the hotel menu.

In addition ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Basic food & hygiene certificate is essential and basic Health & Safety knowledge is required.

Previous kitchen experience is essential for Guest Service Assistant-Kitchen.

Working hours are 5pm-10pm Mon-Thu (4 days a week) including occasional weekends.
