My clients is one of the busiest meeting, event and conference venues in the West Midlands. They are part of a large national company with several venues across the UK. At their site just outside Birmingham they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team and help to cover 8 months of maternity leave.

They are ideally looking for someone to start immediately. You should have experience of hotel, conference or venue sales and you should be able to work by yourself as well as comfortably in a small team of people.

You will be gaining new business for the hotel as well as converting enquiries and helping to maximise revenue. Customer service should be at the heart of your work and you should conduct yourself in a professional and positive manner at all times.

The ideal candidate will have already been a Sales Manager or an Assistant Sales Manager.

This is a maternity cover role and is expected to last 8 months.

Salary

The starting salary for this role is 24,000 Pro-Rata.
