Automotive Motor Trade Job: Workshop Controller, Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary: OTE £30k
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm & Sat on Rota

Our client, a Major Motor Dealer group run a very successful and extremely busy vehicle workshop with a strong, reliable car franchise. A vacancy has arisen for a Motor Trade Workshop Controller.
Reporting to the After Sales Manager, this position is for someone who is either in the role currently and looking for a move or someone who has been standing in the role on a temporary basis and wants continue but cannot where they are.
The successful candidate will be:
* Responsible for the efficient running of the workshop
* Delegate workloads to the rest of the team
* Advise customers on minor technical problems
* Ensure the correct parts are ordered and are in stock for the jobs booked into your workshop
You will also need to demonstrate:
* The ability to build and maintain good customer service
* Excellent leadership and people skills
* Good organisational skills
* The ability to motivate staff
* A settled career path to date
