Downgrading Service:

All PSP'S (inc. PSP Slim/Lite) can be downgraded no matter what version. This service also costs £10.

Instructions:

Simply drop of your PSP to us and we will carry out the repair or downgrade, and arrange a time for you to pick up the PSP (20 minutes max turnaround).

You can also send your PSP to us and we will send it back to you in 1 working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

When picking this method enclose a postal order for £15 with the PSP (just send the PSP no battery or any accessories). The extra charge of £5 is for the return postage.
