Cmis Administrator in Birmingham Primary School
A strong administrator who can also take on reception duties is needed to work in a school in
Birmingham starting in September the hours will be 8.30 - 3.00. All candidate applying for the role must have a minimum of 6months experience in administration and IT.
Experience of CMIS/SIMS would be an advantage.
Experience working within schools will be an advantage but not essential along with having administration qualifications such as RSAII/III or NVQ in Administration. Experience of working with CMIS is essential.
Duties will include:
1) Working on reception & filtering calls to the correct contact
2) Assisting pupils, parents and visitors with any questions or queries
3) Writing reports and dealing with correspondence
4) Providing administration support to senior members of staff
5) Data inputting & updating records ensuring that all records are accurate
6) Liaising with outside agencies and other school departments
7) Carrying out other administration such as filing, faxing, minute taking and dealing with postal duties.
