D041/2009 found Upper Gornal DY3 collected 17.09.09 (finder held dog since Friday 11.09.09)

25.09.09 Owner spotted her friends missing dog Jess on here.....have spoken to owner and she is on her way to collect her from kennels. Apparently owner was unaware of the dog warden service. Owner assures us that she will microchip Jess a.s.a.p.
28.09.09 Despite owners stating that they were going to come and claim Jess on 25.09.09, they have not been to kennels. Messages have also been left on the owners voicemail and our calls are not being returned
