Hi to anyone reading this.

I am looking for anyone who has an amateur type jamming band to join in with.

I am later fifties male who is TRYING! to learn guitar after not having one since I was sixteen and feel it might improve my abilities if I were involved in a sort of mutual help or help me type get togethers.

I bought an electric guitar as my teen son (now lost interest) and teen daughter (who already puts my playing to shame) wanted to learn so I need to improve my ability to show the old dog is not dead yet.

I am pretty much rooted into late 60s 70s type rock providing it is simple enough for me to get my fingers around the fretboard to.

I have lots of free time in the days as I am very early retired and also evenings are possible, I have a car so meeting up is OK, I live in the Bham Airport / NEC locality but happy to travel this side of City
