Birmingham office / office admin
PA job based in Bromsgrove requiring an immediate start. This role requires an experienced individual with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Duties will include:
- Supporting the chief executive officer and executive directors
- Diary management
- Travel booking
- Email monitoring
- General secretarial tasks including typing and dealing with reports
- Liaising internally
- Assisting in the production of board packs
- Dealing with telephone calls

You will be immediately available and have extensive PA experience. It is essential that you have excellent organisational skills and the ability to liaise at all levels and prioritise workloads. Skills and experience must include:
- Experience of supporting senior directors

- Strong secretarial skills
- Good communication skills
