QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER - ADULTS/OLDER PERSONS TEAM, STOKE-ON-TRENT - £22-£25 PER HOUR

An expanding team in Stoke-on-Trent urgently requires a Qualified Social Worker to join their Adult and Older Person's team.

The job will involve initial and core assessments, risk assessments, report writing, home visits and occasional duty work.

You will be working alongside specialist multi disciplinary teams and reporting directly to the Team and/or Service Manager. You will be working in a modern building, with free parking and the opportunity of flexible working hours, suited to your lifestyle.
