Busy Mechanical Contractor undertaking both newbuild and refurbishment projects are looking to employ a Mechanical Estimator to join their busy Estimating deparment.

My client currently offers a complete mechanical services package - heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, hot & cold water, gas, above ground drainage and sanitaryware. Working on projects with a Mechanical value of up to £1million, they work on Commercial offices, Sheltered housing schemes, Care homes, Bars / Nightclubs, Retail, Warehouses, Schools & Universities, Industrial Units, Casinos / Bingo Halls, Hotels and Restaurants.

Due to a busy first half of 2009 they are looking to recruit a Mechanical Estimator with a good knowledge of Mechanical Design (Hevacomp). You will work with the business development, commercial and design teams to produce accurate, competitive and profitable tenders for new business. You will need to aid and advise the design team on any profitable alterations.

You will only be considered if you are withing 1 hours commute from Birmingham Town Centre.
