I currently have a lovely spacious double room to rent out in our house. It is currently been renovated at the moment, all the major work has been done so just waiting for the cosmetics to be completed. This should all be done by the end of this week. I do not own the house but have promised the landlord I will try to look for people for this house as he lives far away. Plus this gives me the opportunity to choose who close to us 



About the people

No one living in the house at the moment, but do have a 26 years old French girl in her mid 20s who will be in one of the rooms. There are 4 rooms and we are looking at a room per person. I only live down the road in another house share with 3 other people in our 20s. The last guys who lived in the house we got a long with quite well so we are hoping to have the same relationship with anyone who moves in.



Location

20 mins walk from the city centre so most mornings we just walk it as a morning exercise as its nice weather now. At the end of the road is a small shopping centre and bus stop with buses to the city centre every 5 mins. It takes 3-5 mins bus ride from town so the bus fair is cheap (short hop ride). If you drive the house is 3 mins from the motorway, a road away from the Birmingham ring road and A roads leading to Walsall and Sutton Coldfield. As this house is just outside the city centre ring road there is plenty of off road parking.

Brilliant location if you want to go to the city centre to catch the train or go on the motorway heading neither north or south.




House

4 double rooms over 3 stories meaning the rooms are spacious and the house is bigger than most.

Our kitchen is massive so we can have a posh dining table, plenty of cupboard space, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine. We enjoy central heating over the summer, double glazing windows. There is a garden with chairs and table for the bbq moments. There is a new bathroom with toilet, bath, shower, and downstairs there is a separate toilet which comes in handy.

If you want to compare to other places it is £70 inclusive (water, council tax, communal TV licence, wireless broadband, gas and electricity.
