The Designate Deputy Store Manager role:

Through your team you will manage operations on a day to day basis, driving sales and maximising profit margins.
You will provide inspiration leadership and coaching for the team, developing staff so that corporate expansion plans are achieved.
You will ensure that your store maximises use of space, pro-actively anticipating and advising changes to layout based on sales and seasonal history.
To build and develop a strong relationship with the Brand and team players and thereby influencing the range and profile of products.
To determine and implement options to correct any sales under performance and to exploit every sales opportunity.

The ideal Designate Deputy Store Manager will have:

Proven retail track record within a targeted environment with a hunger to achieve more.

A people Manager who will be able to adapt to local practices and customs.
