· Working Tuesday & Friday
· Areas of work: Worcester, Bromsgrove, Evesham, Northfield, Redditch & Solihull

At Instore we provide a range of effective field-based marketing solutions for a growing portfolio of clients and we have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team.

As Team Leader, you will manage and motivate a team of approximately 6 field based Merchandisers, organise and agree call cycles and support the recruitment and training of new starters. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising and developing a team together with previous Merchandising experience.

To succeed you will possess effective planning and organisation skills, have the ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment and strong, verbal and written communication skills.

This is an interesting position with the opportunity to develop your people management skills. Use of your own vehicle is required for which a mileage rate will be paid.
