The Company
OfficeTeam is recruiting for a Temporary PAS trained Office Administrator on behalf of a Public Sector client based just outside of Birmingham City Centre
The Role
***Important- Candidates applying for this role must have Lorenzo/PAS training ***T
he Office Administrators role is to assist a busy department with the day to day administration duties. You will be responsible to create and maintaining medical records .
The office administrators may also assist in answering the telephone and carrying out data entry onto the in house system.
Candidates must have previous clerical experience and the ability to work with members of the public.Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel is a plus.
This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits
The Office Administrators role is paying £6.50 an hour
Immediate temporary assignment ongoing for six months plus
Hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
