This grade 1 listed building with its magnificent Georgian features forms a centrepiece within this vibrant city, easily accessible from all areas within the city boundaries.
Job Description
Our client is dedicated to delivering the finest, seasonal Irish ingredients, whilst providing atmosphere, superb service, reasonable prices and most of all, good simple pleasure.
The emphasis would be on the quality rather than the quantity of the food produced.
The hotel consists of various food outlets serviced from the main kitchen where the Pastry Sous Chef will be working within a brigade of 5 pastry chefs.
Required Experience
The perfect candidate for the position would ideally come from a similar hotel.
Alternatively, a top quality rosette Country House background will also be favourable.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
*Deputising for the Head Pastry Chef on days off
*Excellent pastry skills
*Passion and dedication
*Creativity and flair

Remuneration
* The starting salary for this role is £24000- £32000 depending on experience.
*Uniforms and dry cleaning will be provided.
*Pension and Health Care forms part of the benefits package.
*20 days holiday
