I have been a QUALIFIED SOLICITOR since 1997 undertaking a significant variety of both residential and commercial conveyancing.

I have no difficulty in dealing with unregistered title, leasehold flats or houses, enfranchisement, right to manage, easements, covenants, auctions, plot purchases, right to buy, shared ownership (as was), transfers of equity and even equity release, as well as all aspects of Commercial Property, including Commercial Leases. I have a solid grounding in many academic and practical legal areas (not just Land Law and Contract!)

I have taken a break from the profession but, suitably refreshed, motivated and keen, am itching to get back. Ideally I would be looking for some temporary work (part-time and permanent considered) within a 35 mile radius of Worcester. If you would like to discuss anything please call me.
