A warranty admin job based in south Birmingham. My client is seeking an experienced administrator with an automotive background specialising in warranty administration. Daily duties will include:
- Updating systems
- Typing correspondence
- Liaising with internal departments
- Dealing with warranty queries
- Dealing with customer service calls
- Supporting managers with administrative needs
- General administration

It is essential that you have a technical understanding of vehicles and warranties and experience in the following:
