I have a 4 bed semi detached house in sparkhill, birmingham. B11 3LT(Just off the warwick road.) It consists of a small front garden, with off road parking/drive.Near all amenities. It also has side access with gate to a good sized rear garden.(Plenty of space for children to have swings/trampoline/wendy houses etc) The neighbours are very friendly. Inside consists of a huge kitchen diner, a medium sized living room, long hallway and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Two of the rooms are doubles and two are singles. One of the single rooms(bigger than a box room) has a built in wardrobe/cupboard.The rear garden has had a fair amount of work done on it.(slabs/paving at the rear etc) It can accomodate 3 sheds at the back near the fence.This house is getting new upvc windows (imminent, just waiting for the date)My neighbours have been done.A new fitted kitchen(work booked to start for 29th july) and bathroom (As soon as the kitchen is finished).The central heating and boiler were replaced(new combi boiler) this week on 23/6/08.)
