This is very good sized house with more than just your usual bedrooms/kitchen/lounge and bathroom. This house also has quite a large (private) garden with a converted garage at the bottom that can be used as a gym/study or extra social area. Parking is also available. The house has a drive for 2 cars and extra parking on the road.

The road on which the house is situated runs parallel to Bristol Road - one of the Birmingham Universitys' campus.

This house is situated on a residential street with a Spar shop just a few doors down. As it is a residential area it is not that busy and the shop provides a convenient place to get a few bits without going far. The road also has a number of fast food places/takeaways/chip shops etc.

There is a direct bus route that picks up virtually outside of the house and takes you into Birmingham city centre which is 3 miles away.

The house is currently occupied by 3 College of Law students training to be solicitors. They are very busy but also very happy to welcome a fourth person.

Bills will be split but never amount to much due to good rates and the students attending College most of the time.

Each bedroom has a lock on the door so the rooms may be locked individually when leaving the house.

The room left for rent is a room towards the back of the house. It is therefore the most quiet and private. It is a nice size with a bran-new bed and desk and mirror. There is also a (almost new) wardrobe. The room has a radiator and a window.

The rent is a very good price because Birmingham is such a thriving city for all and due to the house being situated just down the road from the centre you can benefit from smaller rent while still having the advantage of being very close to the city. The price of rent for one month is as much as one would expect to pay for a standard hotel in the city for one week.

One other advantage is that the landlord's office is literally a few doors down from the house. This is very convenient when wanting to pay rent or speak with him about getting new fixtures.
