An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Domiciliary Care Provider in the West Midlands. Experience in the field of Domiciliary Care and a Level 4 Care qualification is required - either RMA (Registered Manager's Award) or LMC (Leadership and Management in Care). You will have previous experience in a Care management role and be able to display assertiveness, confidence and above all, leadership for this full time permanent position.

If successful you will be managing the day to day running of the office and helping to drive the business forward. You will guide the agency through CQC procedures and therefore some experience of delivering this is a must. As Care Manager your main responsibilities will be upholding brand values in service delivery; formulating care plans and risk assessments for new customers; developing quality control systems; recruiting, training and inducting team members; and marketing the agency where required.
