We are the Birmingham Blitz Derby Dames Roller Derby Leauge. We are Central England's oldest and actively competitive roller derby skating league representing the West Midlands in local, national and international competition.

Do you want to get fit and have fun at the same time? Do you like roller skating? It doesn't matter if you're rusty - we'll train you!

Basic skating instruction is available as well as working on the fundamental skills of the game - plus some fun games as well!
