Computer Futures seeks an entry-level/graduate technical support analyst to join this established player within their Leicestershire offices. If you have a passion for IT, ambitious and looking for your first step into IT, then this could be the opportunity for you. You will be working on the helpdesk alongside 5 others technical support analysts. You will be supporting circa 4000 users across a number of branches throughout the UK. You will troubleshoot users remotely supporting a number of desktop related issues. You must be accustomed with Windows XP, remote software such VNC, 1st-line/helpdesk support and MS office application support. You must be proactive individual and demonstrate you are creative in your approach to work. My client are major player in their respective industry so they will be able to provide you the platform to launch and develop your IT career.
