Comes with rack.
Bought it recently and added the bits you see above. However, it's just a bit too big for me hence sale. Pity as it's in great condition and works perfectly.
£120 may seem high but it's in good condition and with the new wheel/tyres it should not need anything else for a few years.
If it was a 19" I'd be keeping it (willing to swap if you have one) but I'm only 5'8" so it's a bit big for me.
Can deliver if required.
