As project manager for this brand name account you will be the consistent handler for web and related projects both internally and client facing. While most of the project work is web related, it does also on occasion have print, video or other requirements. The ability to cheerfully multi-task, negotiate solutions with clients, manage developers/designers and work alongside partners from other agencies is not only crucial but critical. Strong knowledge of web technologies and the ability to interpret these to the non-technical is important as is the ability to take a client brief and interpret the requirements back to the technical team to create a solution.

You will manage the client brand through this process with regular quality control for the user journey and the use of brand and this will form part of the over-all process as clients will rely on the project manager to ensure that content, brand image and styling is consistent with existing look and feel.

General Responsibilities include:

1. Full management of multiple projects from initial business case stage to post live upgrades

2. Manage Design Schedules – Web & Print within the department and with other departments.

3. Front projects to Clients – supply & manage schedules, specifications, budget, content – being point of contact on a variety of web & print projects

4. Daily Interface with developers, designers and account handlers

5. Draw up all draft invoices and manage client purchase orders

6. Full testing and snagging of design and development changes

7. Review design and development changes prior to client sign off.

8. Participate in budget projections with the interactive management team

9. Ability to create new business from existing clients

10. PRINCE2 qualified a guaranteed bonus, with proven projects where this methodology was applied.

You will have had several years experience in a client facing project management environment, have a great eye for detail and an ability to work under pressure!
