Mechanical Services Surveyor required for a sick cover assignment. Contract Length is unknown.

Working within the Property Services Department - you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical surveys and arranging for any maintenance work to be carried out. Properties are commercial buildings including offices.

You should be mechanical qualified (HND/HNC) and have experience of completing surveys and managing contractors. Ideally within a local authority but not necessarily.
