Our client based in the West Midlands are recruiting for a Care Home Manager.
This is a permanent opportunity, and key responsibilities include leading all heads of department, managing staff, ensuring operations run smoothly in line with policies and relevant legislation, implementing and maintaining policies and quality standards, managing budgets, developing and maintaining systems and managing recruitment and training.
You will also organise rotas, carry out audits, act as NVQ Assessor/Verifier as required along with a variety of other duties.
The successful candidate will be NVQ level 4 qualified (or equivalent), have proven home management experience, knowledge of National Minimum Standards for Care Homes, and experience of managing a team working to required standards.
