A split level duplex studio/apartment which can sleep up to seven but is ideally suited for either four seasonaires (or a couple who want the benefit of lots of space and a home from home feeling) in a purpose built block close in Bourg Saint Maurice close to the Ski Funicular of Les Arcs and Paradiski. Great location for fabulous skiing, summer mountain activities, restaurants and transport links. Situated in Bourg Saint Maurice, Les Arcs, 250m from the funicular, 5 minutes from the bus/train station that has regular transport to La Rosiere (25 min), Tignes (30 min), Val d'Isere (40 min) and St Foy (15 min). The apartment is a 3rd floor split level duplex with an the entry hall, living room/lounge/kitchenette, bathroom (including shower and a bath), balcony with beautiful mountain views, widescreen LCD TV with channels, DVD, Microsoft Xbox games console, megafast wireless broadband throughout and a landline telephone+answer phone with free calls to many countries. The apartment has a double clic-clac sofa bed in the living room and upstairs on the mezzanine is another double sofa bed. The apartment is very comfortably decorated and is a short walk to a good choice of bars, restaurants, shops and services in the town of Bourg Saint Maurice. Bourg is a great place to do a full season, with a friendly atmosphere, much less expensive supermarkets, bars and restaurants than most resorts and is within easy travel of many other major resorts. The ski area Les Arcs is vast in high quality terrain and facilities and is only a 7 minute journey up the mountain by funicular (free with your lift pass). Easy access to many other neighbouring resorts such as La Plagne and Tignes gives you ample choice to explore further afield.
