**What I have**
3 bedroomed terraced house in Kingshurst.
2 double bedrooms - laminate floor in one with cream walls and built in wardrobe, natural striped floorboards in the other with cream walls and 1 red feature wall.
1 single bedroom is cream
Bathroom has just been done privatley at the cost of over £1,500 and does noy have a bath, it has a large walk in shower, modern light up vanity unit and heated towell rail as the radiator and is fully tiled in white/grey and black design.
Toilet is seperate and is still to be done, have the new toilet ready to be fitted.
Kitchen is still being completed by the council and is very large, will be beech wood with black worktops and cream tiles.
Lounge is also large.
Property has new double glazing, new front and back door and has gas central heating.
The property has decent sized gardens and the rear garden has a large stable, off the floor shed with light inside.
Near to nursery/infant & junior school, doctors and shops and local bus routes.
Parking is never a problem. The rest of the row are all bought and there is a large green area to the front of the property for younger children to play safely away from the roadside.

**What I want**
2 bedroom property, ideally house but would consider maisonette or mews flat depending on location.
Area's looking for are Chelmsley Wood, Kingshurst, Marston Green, Castle Bromwich, strictly not Arran way or Rover Drive sides sorry.

The reason is that I am now over 50 years old and my 3 children have been left home a while now and the house is a waste for me on my own. I have lived here 23 years so not desperate in looking but do want to find right property to move into.
