Part Time Office Organiser Admin

Hi I really need someone to help me organise my paperwork my accounts and me.
I already work from home and I am in the throws of starting another business. I need someone to help do the paperwork, keep on top of the administration side of things and generally organise me. It must be someone who is computer literate because al ot of my time at the moment is spent on the internet, advertising, checking my website listing, etc. etc. and it is leaving me very little time to do what I should be doing. You must be friendly and outgoing and have a good telephone manner. This position is part time at the moment. Probably a couple of mornings a week. 4-5 hours each morning but I am really quite flexible on this.
Must have own transport as I am not near any public transport.
