Sous Chef upto 24k Warwickshire
4 star Hotel in Warwickshire with restaurant, bar and extensive banqueting and function facilities. The appointed Sous Chef will assist the Executive Head Chef in the complete running of the kitchen. Main duties will include supervision, training and development of junior chefs and kitchen staff, preparation of menus and food products to the required standard, ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are adhered to, ordering and stock rotation, you will also be required to deputise for the Executive Head Chef in their absence.
