The available room is very spacious. Rent is £300 + £55 for the bills (incl. internet, electricity, council tax etc.)

We are all friendly, very sociable working professionals who enjoy a good night out as well as a nice chilled night in now and again. Our house is close to the city centre as well as other Grad Community houses nearby, so would be a great place to move if you are new to the city and would like to meet new people!
