i have a lovely 3 bed house in erdington,
downstairs is 2 living rooms (good sized) and decent size kitchen and bathroom, and upstairs is 2 double bedrooms and 1 single.
we have just had a brand new modern kitchen fitted (decent homes) pine cupboards and fake granite worktops. the whole house is in decent decor etc.
we have a good size back garden and small front garden, gas central heating and double glazing.
we are looking for a 4 bed house but would consider a 3 bed for the right house, in many areas especially erdington, great barr, chelmsley wood, marston green, smiths wood, sheldon or cornwall but all areas will be considered.
