The room available is a full furnished double in a recently refurbished large victorian house in Edgbaston. Close to the Hagley Road, it takes around 10-15 minutes in the car/bus to get the city centre and Bearwood High Street is some 10 minutes walk with lots of shops/pubs/restaurants.

We are looking for a young female professional to share a house with us, perhaps who is new to the city or just looking to make some friends. We are all very sociable and work in and around Birmingham with an even mix of male/female over the 6 bedrooms. We work in various professions having graduated from various unis across the UK. Everyone has a wide range of interests including salsa, yoga, gyming, football, snowboarding, cycling, going to cinema or out for drinks.

One thing we have in common is that we all moved into this house share to meet like minded people. We have one space in our house and we are looking for a sociable twenty something, who is fun yet also respectful of everyone in the house.

The room available is £300 pcm and very good value for the standard of accommodation. It is part of the gradcommunity (www.gradcommunity.com) and as such there is a great chance to meet lots of other people in the other houses if that's what you're interested in.
