Birmingham City Centre yoga classes.

The YOGA IN DAILY LIFE system is simple, comprehensive and accessible for all - no matter what your current level of fitness or ability - so don't be afraid to come along if you're a beginner to Yoga.

Each regular class includes relaxation, yoga postures and stretches, breathing exercises, meditation. We also offer short workshops and courses in the various aspects of yoga philosophy and practice, to deepen your understanding and increase the benefits for your life as a whole.

The new Yoga in Daily Life Centre is in the Jewellery Quarter and newly decorated to create a warm atmosphere conducive to peaceful practice and relaxing rejuvenation. Yoga mats, cushions and blankets are provided and we have changing rooms if you need to come/go straight from/to work.

FEES
Drop-in Classes: 90 min: £7/£5; 60 min: £5/£4; 30 min: by donation
Monthly (unlimited Drop-in Classes): £30/£25 conc.

8-Week YIDL Foundation Course:
£50/£40 *advance booking only, max.12 people, starts 7 Oct.
Course plus unlimited Classes (valid for Course duration - 2 months): £80/£65 conc.

conc. = concession prices for those who are unwaged, retired, full-time students, receiving state benefits or who feel entitled to a concessionary rate due to their circumstances.
