As a Cruise Travel Sales Consultant you will be working for one of the largest cruise travel agencies in the UK. Average earnings in first year are over £20K and top earners over £40K! Guaranteed salary of up to £18K for first 12 months, excellent benefits and a great office environment to work in. This specialist cruise travel agent has been established over 20 years and has seen fantastic growth over the last few years. Now seeking experienced travel sales consultant or individuals with strong sales and telesales experience to work in smart offices in Reddich. Fantastic earning potential, uncapped commission and a friendly, professional atmosphere.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE PREVIOUS CRUISE OR TRAVEL SALES EXPERIENCE AS FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED.

As a Cruise Travel Sales Consultant you will:-
- Work within a friendly cruise telesales and reservations call centre answering incoming telesales calls and calling past customers to promote the latest cruise deals.
- Work towards set sales targets selling cruise holidays on behalf of all of the worlds leading cruise lines.

Ideal Cruise Travel Sales Consultant will have:-
- Previous experience selling cruises or a travel sales background either as a specialist travel sales consultant or retail travel agent would be beneficial, but strong sales ability is what is most important - applications will be considered from candidates with previous sales and telesales experience such as estate agent, recruitment consultant, car sales agent or mortgage sales consultant
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding set sales targets
- Professional phone manner and excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close to the sale time after time

Cruise Travel Sales Consultant additional information
- Basic salary of £12,000 in first year, but if you are already successful in sales, they can match your current or last salary up to £18,000 for the first 12 months.
- Package includes uncapped commission plus pension plan, free onsite parking, free travel insurance and overtime if wanted, and one cruise "educational" or ship visit at least once a year
- Working hours are 37.5 per week based around a flexible shift pattern between 9am and 8pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 6pm Friday to Sunday.
