Hairdressing Team Leader - Work Based Learning

Salary: £26,000- £27,000 + Bonus

If you have experience of managing a team, are familiar with the Hairdressing NVQ syllabus and are self motivated and driven then this could be the role you've been looking.
Job Description
* Coordinating and managing a team of Hairdressing Trainers.
* Set targets for the completion of NVQs
* Troubleshooting issues with any team members
* Carry out appraisals
The Person
* Educated to a minimum level 3 in Hairdressing
* Extensive vocational competence
* A1 award (desirable)
* Experience of delivering the NVQ Hairdressing syllabus
* Experience of Ofsted procedure would be an advantage
* Experienced of lecturing on Hair and Beauty courses
